1. What governs your use

Your access to and use of the Grantio service (the “Service”) is governed by our Terms of Service. The Terms apply to all users, including individuals and organizations.

When your organization uses the Service in a way that involves personal data Grantio processes on your behalf, our Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) supplements the Terms as described in the DPA.

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use personal data, and our Cookie Policy describes cookies and similar technologies.

2. Paid plans and fees

If you purchase a paid subscription or add-on, the price, billing cycle, and included features are those presented at checkout, in your account billing settings, or in a written order form or quote that Grantio provides to you. Fees are due as stated in those flows or documents. Unless we say otherwise, fees are in U.S. dollars and exclude taxes; you are responsible for applicable taxes.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access as permitted under the Terms.

3. If you have a separate contract

If you and Grantio have executed a separate agreement (for example, an enterprise order form or master agreement), the terms of that agreement apply to the subjects it covers. If there is a conflict between that agreement and our online Terms, the separate agreement controls for those subjects only, unless the separate agreement says otherwise.

4. Intellectual property and copyright notices

Copyright complaints regarding material on the Service are handled under our Copyright & DMCA policy.
