Our vision
Grantio exists so grant managers, program leads, and research administrators can stop reconstructing status from spreadsheets and threads and instead delegate the busywork to an autonomous AI agent that keeps work moving with humans in control.
We want grant operations to feel traceable and humane. A shared workspace where an autonomous agent continuously turns context into next steps by finding opportunities, extracting requirements, generating checklists and drafts, and keeping obligations visible from discovery through the last reporting milestone so clarity survives handoffs and busy seasons.
Our story
Grantio began with a path from a decade of experience in startup operations into nonprofit fundraising. The skills transferred; the tooling did not. Grant application management too often meant rebuilding the picture from PDFs, email, and scattered trackers—while software here was priced for enterprise buyers, beyond most mission-driven teams.
Those frictions are not a lack of effort from grant teams. They are a signal that the category needs software built for how this work actually runs. That’s why we built Grantio.

Tools should feel fair
Mission driven budgets should not be punished by opaque enterprise pricing. We aim for straightforward value: one workspace that carries the thread from first fit check to final report, without pricing games.
