Copyright policy
Grantio, Inc. (“Grantio”) respects intellectual property rights. This policy describes how to send Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) notices regarding content on the Grantio service and related sites (the “Service”). It supplements our Terms of Service.
Effective as of Apr 15, 2026
1. Repeat infringers
It is Grantio’s policy, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, to disable or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights or other intellectual property rights of others.
2. DMCA notices
If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under an exclusive right under copyright, you may report alleged copyright infringement on or through the Service by providing a DMCA notice that complies with 17 U.S.C. § 512 and the U.S. Copyright Office guidance. The text of the DMCA is also summarized on the U.S. Copyright Office website.
Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will take whatever action we deem appropriate, including removal or disabling access to the material claimed to be infringing, consistent with applicable law.
3. Information to include in your notice
Your notice of alleged infringement (“Notice”) should include all of the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or, if multiple works are covered by the Notice, a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit Grantio to locate the material (for example, the URL or other specific location on the Service).
- Your mailing address, telephone number, and, if available, email address.
- Both of the following statements in the body of the Notice:
- “I hereby state that I have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law (for example, as a fair use).”
- “I hereby state that the information in this Notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that I am the owner, or authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of the copyright or of an exclusive right under the copyright that is allegedly infringed.”
- Your full legal name and your physical or electronic signature.
4. Designated copyright agent
Deliver your completed Notice to Grantio’s designated agent for DMCA notices:
Copyright Agent
c/o Grantio, Inc.
Email (preferred): support@grantio.com
United States. If you require a physical mailing address for your Notice, request it by email at the address above or via our Contact page.
Ensure your designated-agent contact information matches what you register with the U.S. Copyright Office if you are required to do so under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(2).
5. Counter-notices
If material you posted was removed or disabled and you believe the Notice was mistaken or misidentified, you may send a counter-notification that meets the requirements of 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). We suggest consulting qualified counsel; counter-notices have legal consequences.
6. Contact
General questions about the Service (not DMCA legal notices) may be sent through Contact or support@grantio.com.
