Importing spreadsheet data into your workspace

You can load rows from a CSV, Excel file, or ZIP (with a tabular file inside) directly in Grantio. Imports create or update workspace opportunities and tie them to your applications pipeline after you map columns.

  • Sign in, finish onboarding, and make sure your profile is attached to an organization — imports are org scoped.
  • Open the import workflow in your workspace, upload your file, then match spreadsheet columns to Grantio fields (title, status, amounts, deadlines, etc.).
  • Supported uploads: .csv, .xlsx, or .zip containing one of those. Word and PDF are not parsed as tables — export to CSV or Excel first.
  • After mapping, apply the import to create workspace grant rows and optional application links. You can remove a job and its stored file from the same page if you need to start over.
